The ECB Cricket Factory is our busiest road show activity with the Rig supporting around 50 days each year.
We have a core management and coaching team that are employed at Factory Eleven, but then we also need a number of part time coaches who can support with us throughout the year on the road shows.
This is a unique opportunity that won't suit everyone due to the traveling, irregular hours, weekends etc however those with an open mind will enjoy the experience and contacts the role provides (we work with all County Cricket Clubs and Boards including some promotional work with the England Cricket Team)
The roles will predominately be working with young people using fun based activities to encourage fundamental skills.
For the ECB Cricket Factory coach support we need any interested coaches to have the following:
Current CRB
Min level UKCC1 Cricket / Level 1 ECB Coach (UKCC2 preferred)
Safeguarding and Protecting Children
Happy to travel
Happy to work weekends
Good Team worker
