England Athletics Club Conference 2012 - Leeds, 19 May 2012

The three conferences have content tailored to cover the subjects which clubs in each area most wanted addressed and all have the common theme of 'Are You Ready?' referring to the need for clubs to be prepared for the increase in coverage and exposure that athletics will receive in this historic Olympic and Paralympic year!

All three of our national athletics and running clubs conferences are free. The key themes are:

• Governance: As a volunteer are you covered? Does your club governance allow your club to grow and be sustainable
• Employment of staff and coaches: How can your club employ staff in a safe and legal way
• Youth Development: how is your club structured to ensure young athletes can achieve their potential
• Technology: how can your club embrace technology to not only increase membership but to save volunteer time?
