British Rowing - Coaching in Clubs Programme

British Rowing has full and part-time vacancies for motivated and dynamic coaches to deliver this exciting programme
Responsibilities will include working closely with clubs to increase participation through the delivery of British Rowing's Learn to Row courses.  You will also facilitate and coach at regional training days for talented rowers (aged 16 - 23) progressing through the status competitions.  Part of the role will be to support the clubs to develop their coaching structures.
You should hold a minimum of the British Rowing/ARA Instructor Award of UKCC Level 2.  You will have experience of coaching adults and young people aged 16 years and over and must be committed to making a real and lasting impact on the quality of coaching in clubs.
There are full-time vacancies in West Midlands, East, North and London.  There is a part-time vacancy in the South East.
