Me2 – Making Activities Deaf Friendly

Venue – Woodhouse Community Centre, 197 Woodhouse Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS6 2NY

Date – Saturday 23rd June

Time – 10am to 4pm

Cost – FREE!

The purpose of the ‘Making Activities Deaf Friendly’ training course is to provide coaches with an introduction to deafness, advice on how to communicate and practical skills on how to fully include deaf children and young people in sports, leisure and activities.

The course is really beneficial to anyone who is working with deaf young people, anyone interested in working with deaf young people or anyone who wants to ensure they have the background knowledge to ensure they can support a deaf young person if they attend their activities.
